My guest for this episode is Jon De Castro who brings years of experience training and developing goalies. He is the owner and operator of De Castro Goaltending Academy and also is the Goaltending Coach for the New York Riveters of the National Women’s Hockey League. In addition, De Castro has worked with multiple schools in the area and instructed at numerous camps in the area, including the Mitch Korn Goaltending Camps and PROCAMPS, where he has worked with New York Rangers goalies Mike Richter and Henrik Lundqvist.

We discuss his experience as with the Philippine National Team, coaching in the KHL and Women's Hockey treatment in Russia, Mental game and preparation, and more.
